This is the plain-language version of the privacy policy. Where the two differ, the policy is the one that counts.
What is collected
What you type. Your messages — the goals, the campaign details, the text you ask for help with — are processed to produce the answer. That is the whole purpose of sending them.
Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages were viewed, roughly which region, what kind of device, where the visit came from. No names attached; it is used to see how the site is used.
Cookies. Some keep the site working at all, others count traffic. Your browser settings can limit or delete them.
Who else sees your messages
The answers do not come from this site’s own computers. Chat requests go to outside AI model providers, and they handle that data under their own terms. Traffic statistics go to analytics providers in the same way.
This is how every assistant of this kind works, but it is worth knowing rather than assuming: what you type leaves this site in order to be answered.
What is not done with it
Personal data is not sold. What you share is used to produce your content and to keep the service running and free of abuse — not to train models.
Usage statistics are kept only in aggregate — as counts, not as a record of what you personally did. And basic chat needs no account at all, so there need not be a profile with your name on it in the first place.
Never paste secrets
The one rule worth memorising. Do not type passwords, API keys or access codes into a chat box — not here, not into any AI assistant.
The same goes for other people’s personal data: customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order details that identify someone. If you want help answering a particular customer, describe the situation rather than pasting their message with their details in it.
Nothing here is designed to catch a secret you paste by accident, so the protection is not pasting it.
Payment details
If you take a plan, your card is handled by a certified payment provider and encrypted end to end. The service does not see your card number and does not store it.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time, clear your cookies, or browse in a private window. Signed out, a conversation lives only in the browser you started it in — clearing that browser’s data removes it.

One thing that is not a privacy matter but gets confused with one
The assistant can be wrong. Its answers, and the tool recommendations in them, can be incomplete or out of date, and the service is explicit that it guarantees no marketing results and gives no legal, financial or tax advice.
Check anything that matters before you publish it or spend money on it. That is in the terms of use, and it is the reasonable way to treat any AI answer.
